SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Shipping costs 3 EUR within Lithuania and 15 EUR for international orders.

Your order will be sent to the nearest parcel locker depending on your address.

In stock items are ready to be shipped and will be shipped out in 1-5 working days. Pre-order items will be shipped in 4-6 weeks. 

Pre-order items are handcrafted to you after order is placed. Each peace is unique and handmade, therefore it takes longer to ship than the items that are already made.

The shipping price does not include any customs or duty charges that may be incurred in shipping to countries outside the European Union. Customers are responsible for these additional payments.

 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns of  personalised or special-order items, or of items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Please note that  any jewellery piece with personalisation, such as an engraving, is not eligible for a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of on sale items, that are 50 or more percent off, or gift cards.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Outside EU: Please be aware of your country's import regulations and taxes. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by your local customs authorities upon arrival of your order. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs office or authorities to understand any additional costs that may be incurred. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with your order.
